_::gineer sna 3 atteac a on <br />meeting with the C.4NER and w DER reprasentative at the sanitary landTill site to <br />review the preliminary (75 percent complete) operational plans and design criteria. <br />2.3 The ENGINEER shall incorporate comments and input from OWNER'S representatives <br />into the preliminary design/operation plans and submit the plans to DER for their <br />review and comment. <br />2.3 Considering the comments by the OWNER and DER on the preliminary design/ope- <br />ration plans for the site, the ENGINEER shall finalize the plans. <br />TASK 3 PERMITTING ASSISTANCE <br />3.1 The ENGINEER shall prepare and submit an operating permit=ppplication and <br />supporting documentation for the site, along with the finalized design/operation <br />plans to DER for their review, approval, and renewal,of Permit No. SO 31-4556. <br />3.2 The ENGINEER shall make minor changes or•revisions as required for plan ap- <br />proval and resubmit revised documents to DER. Minor changes shall be defined as <br />those requiring less than two mandays of engineering time. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, that the Board approve the proposed <br />addendum to the basic agreement between the County and Post, <br />Buckley, Schuh and Jernigan to proceed with the Landfill <br />Redesign Project; monies for completion of the report to be <br />taken from account #411-000-101-04.00. <br />Mr. Greene advised that the Landfill permit was due to <br />expire and they still would have a substantial cost for <br />renewing the permit.
