r <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Fletcher, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lyons, that the Attorney be authorized to <br />negotiate with the bank regarding the $2,000 settlement for <br />this land, and that this matter be brought back to the <br />Board. <br />Lengthy discussion ensued, and it was determined there <br />would be no negotiation; the County owes the bank in New <br />York $2,000 to settle this matter. <br />Commissioner Fletcher excused himself at 9:35 o'clock <br />A.M. in order to attend the Emergency Medical Service <br />Committee meeting for a few minutes. <br />The Chairman called for the question. It was voted on <br />and carried unanimously with a vote of 4 to 0, Commissioner <br />Fletcher being temporarily out of the Chambers. <br />CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMITS <br />The Attorney reviewed the following memorandum from Dr. <br />C.
