JUN 2198nK 49 <br />Commissioners shall be ineligible to serve as County <br />officers at any time." <br />Lengthy discussion took place concerning the <br />replacement for the Administrator, job classifications,— <br />salary increases, and budget preparation. <br />Acting Administrator Greene felt it was a good idea to <br />keep job descriptions current. <br />Chairman Scurlock recommended that an analysis be done <br />to properly allocate costs in the County. <br />Conversation ensued regarding Section 7, <br />Non -Interference Policy. The following wording was <br />suggested for Section 7: "All employees shall report any <br />such interference through normal lines of authority to the <br />respective County officers who will bring the matter to the <br />attention of the offending County Commissioner prior to <br />presentation to the County Commission." <br />On Motion made by Commissioner Bird, seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously opened the <br />public hearing. <br />William Koolage, 815 26th Avenue, came before the Board <br />and suggested that the words "if necessary" should be added <br />in the new wording for the Non -Interference Policy just <br />discussed. <br />The Board agreed that it was a good idea. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Bird, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously closed the public <br />hearing. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted Ordinance <br />No. 82-10 establishing the Administrative Ordinance, as <br />modified. <br />
