On Motion by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by <br />Commissioner -Lyons, the Board unanimously granted final plat <br />approval of Hidden Hammock Subdivision and accepted <br />performance bond as recommended by staff. <br />EXTENSION OF PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL - CASSARA HEIGHTS <br />The Board reviewed the following memo and letter from <br />Carter Associates: <br />TO: The Honorable Board of DATE: May 20, 1982 FILE: IRC-80-S/D-1" <br />County Commissioners #229 <br />SUBJECT: Extension of Preliminary <br />Plat Approval of Cassara <br />Heights Subdivision <br />Letter from Marvin E. Carter <br />to David Greene, Acting_ <br />FROM: David Greene REFERENCES: County Administrator, dated <br />Assistant County Administrator May 14, 1982. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Cassara Heights Subdivision received Preliminary Plat Approval <br />on January 28, 1981. The Subdivision Ordinance states that <br />"approval of the Board shall have full force and effect.for a <br />period of eighteen (18)- months from the�-date of. approval: An <br />extension may be granted by the Board". The approval of Cassara <br />Heights will expire on June 28, 1982. The attached referenced <br />letter indicates the reasons for the requested extension. <br />P_NALYS IS <br />The proposed subdivision is located on the north side of 4th Street <br />approximately 1/4 mile east of 27th Avenue.
