JUN 21982 900K C; 49' F*,� 929 <br />it through the entire building, and we are being held up by <br />not being able to address Judge Stikelether's quarters at <br />this time. <br />Mr. Williams explained that these are separate systems, <br />but it is preferable to have the engineer do everything at <br />one time because he charges per day. ; <br />Commissioner Lyons inquired what would happen if the <br />Commission instructed Mr. Williams to fix this problem, and <br />Mr. Williams stated that he would fix it. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously instructed <br />Maintenance Supervisor Williams to correct the problem with <br />the sound system in the courtrooms as reasonably as <br />possible. <br />REPORT ON PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />A.wBlue Cypress Lake Park <br />Commissioner Bird reported that he did visit Blue <br />Cypress Lake Park with representatives of the Health <br />Department in regard to bringing the water and restroom <br />facilities to a standard that would again allow overnight <br />camping and to get their ideas as to the minimal amount of <br />work and expense that would be needed accomplish this. The <br />Health Department will transmit this information to the - <br />County Engineering Department, and they will come up with <br />some estimates. Upon receipt of a sketch and estimate, this <br />will be brought back to the Board. <br />B. Tracking Station Park <br />Commissioner Bird informed the Board that the <br />development plans for this park were taken back before the <br />Parks & Recreation Committee prior to proceeding with <br />construction drawings, and the public was invited to their <br />meeting. The only recommendation made was that we try to <br />locate the restrooms as far north as possible, and they will <br />
