JUN 16 1982 <br />rr� <br />foox 50. puf , 30 <br />MOTION was made by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, that the Board approve <br />the lease, subject to remarks contained in <br />the Attorney's memorandum of June 18, 1982. <br />A brief discussion took place regarding the capacity of <br />the tower, the frequencies, and of extending the height of <br />the antenna. <br />Vice Chairman Fletcher suggested that the Board review <br />the lease. <br />THE VICE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />The Antenna Site Lease will be made a part of the <br />Minutes when received. <br />REGATTA - TRACKING STATION PARK <br />. <br />MOTION was made by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke_.that the Board deny the <br />request to use the Tracking Station Park for a <br />regatta, as there is no way of crossing over <br />the dunes without causing damage. <br />R <br />Barry Caminiti, of Prindle Fleet 49, came before the <br />Board and advised them that the main site of the regatta <br />will be at the beach at the Ocean Grill. The Tracking <br />Station Park would be the secondary site, if the Board <br />approved his request. Mr. Caminiti commented that he <br />inspected the site and found access to the beach where <br />nothing was growing; therefore there would be very little <br />damage. He added that he would be in charge of the regatta <br />and there would be security at the site. Mr. Caminiti <br />continued that the boats would have to be carried over the <br />
