JUN 16 1992 BOOK �, 50, 32 <br />Commissioner Lyons AMENDED HIS ORIGINAL MOTION, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke, that the Board <br />deny the request to use the Tracking Station <br />Park for a regatta as there is no way of crossing - <br />' over the dunes without causing damage; and <br />recommended that Mr. Caminiti approach the Audubon <br />Society for a recommendation which could be used <br />as a possible basis for crossing over the FIT <br />property. <br />THE VICE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />REQUEST TO RESEARCH ST. REFERENCES: Jim Davis to County Staff dated <br />Public Works Director May 27, 1982 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Homer C. Fletcher, Ad Valorem Tax Consultant, has offered to research <br />the St. Lucie County Archives for supporting information to document public <br />ownership of our County's Scenic Roads and Trails. Mr. Fletcher has indicated <br />that,he will perform this work for $75. per hour. The Jungle Trail Research <br />will take an.estimated 10 hours. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Mr. Fletcher is knowledgable in the contents and location of many older <br />documents pertaining to these roads. The following alternatives are presented. <br />
