ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously closed <br />the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Ordinance 82-11, granting the rezoning of <br />Lot 10, Pinson Subdivision, to R-1 as requested <br />by Randall Dawkins, and at the same time in- <br />structed staff to advertise for a County <br />Commission initiated rezoning of Pinson Subdivision <br />on the east side of U.S.1. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 82-11 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent <br />to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at -which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. "That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lot 10, PINSON SUBDIVISION, according to the plat <br />thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 94, <br />of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />Be changed from C-lA Restricted Commercial to <br />R-1 Single -Family Residential. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth <br />and described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect June 22, 1982. <br />JUN 16 1982 �oox 56 50 mi 51 <br />
