Childers of the following described prop- <br />erty from R-3, Multiple Dwelling District and A-4gricul Lural <br />Di strict to R -2B, lful tiple Family District: <br />"East 10 acres of Tract 6, Section 1, Town- <br />ship ^3 So»th, Range'8 East, Indian River Farms Subdivision, <br />Indian River County, Florida." <br />First and foremost, we settled out here in <br />the "country" to escape over -crowding and density pop77,lation, <br />and we prefer the present R-1 zoning in our #Tirestgate Colony <br />su bd i v i s.i o n. <br />The presence of nearby Village Green has al- <br />ready increased the population of our area, and has imposed <br />an additional bu;--len on our scant water anr' drainage <br />problems. An -d we prefer the present agricultural :area to <br />remain as such. <br />lire realize there will be continued sonmercial <br />development, plus the traffic flow that accompanies such ven- <br />tures, in the western area of the county, but we trust that <br />it will be restricted to State Rovte 60.
