J U L V992 8.40K 50 wu 1.34 <br />Commissioner Fletcher pointed out that this site plan <br />approval does exceed the density of the Land Use Plan; in <br />fact, all three extension requests for site plan approval in <br />the Consent Agenda exceed the densities of the Land Use <br />Plan. <br />A brief discussion followed about the period of time <br />for extension of site plan approvals. <br />Commissioner Lyons felt the policy had been for one <br />extension only. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried with a vote of <br />4 to 1, with Commissioner Fletcher voting <br />in opposition. <br />C. Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />Southwinds is a proposed 107 unit multi -family development <br />on 13.55 acres. The density will be 7.9 units/acre. <br />The Points is a proposed 55 unit multi -family development on <br />4.8 acres. The density will be 11.36 units/acre. <br />
