If .,rezoning was required, he thought it would <br />occur at the proper time. <br />Commissioner Bird stated that either through voluntary <br />action by property owners or through Commission -initiated <br />rezoning, they would conform to the CLUP. He did not mind <br />drawing a definitive line, but because it was complicated, <br />it would be advantageous to have flexible lines around <br />commercial. <br />Attorney Brandenburg noted that they could continue to <br />let the zoning remain as it now exists, and the individuals <br />who want it rezoned, take the initiative to do so. <br />Discussion followed, and it was thought this matter <br />would be on a first come, first served, as -needed basis. <br />The Attorney did not feel that by the Board's action <br />tonight, it would .be giving Mr. O'Neill vested rights in <br />commercial. <br />Robert Reider, 1150 Reef Road, commented that if it would. <br />be on a first come, first served basis; as the acreage in <br />the node is used up, a person could be out in left field. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
