'Ler i-ia ld a public 1 -sari -7 in relation t]aereto� ott which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: The South 28.78 feet of the North 470 feet of the North 7 acres of the East 10 acres and the :forth 71.22 feet of the South 463.22 feet of the North 7 acres of the East 10 acres of Tract 9, Section 28, Township 32S, Range 39E, according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company, filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie Countv, Florida, now lying in Indian River County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT all rights-of-way for roads, canals and ditches. Be changed from RS -6, Single -Family Residential District to C-2, Heavv Co-_nercial District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations.
