ORDINANCE NO. 85-49 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Frorida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be chanced in order that the following described pro crty situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -Frit: Lots 13 thru 19, inclusive, Bice•. 2, together with the northernly J of abandoned Palmetto Place, adjacent to Lot 13, Block 2; AND, Lots 21 thru 28, inclusive, Block 3, together with the southernly : of abandoned Palmetto Place, adjacent to Lot 18, Bleck 3, Gloria Gardens, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 33, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Fl -arida. Said lands now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. Be changed from C1 -A, Restricted Co=nercial District, to C-2, Heavy Ce-_,ercial District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations.
