He <br />continued that there is a certain amount of in-kind services <br />that can be allocated on the county's behalf, but the - <br />accounting and control is very detailed and laborious; he, <br />therefore, recommended that County proceed as the City did <br />on South Beach and advertise for outside contractors. <br />Commissioner Fletcher emphasized that we apparently are <br />going to have to cut 2 million out of next year's budget, <br />and if we mandate this money for recreation, we are cutting <br />down our options. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION to <br />adopt Resolution 82-64. It was voted on and <br />carried 3 to 1 with Commissioner Fletcher <br />voting in opposition. <br />14 <br />
