<br />The Board of County Commissioner recessed at 12:00 Noon
<br />for lunch and reconvened at 1:30 o'clock P.M. with all
<br />members present, except Commissioner Fletcher who did not
<br />attend the afternoon session because of illness. Deputy -
<br />Clerk Virginia Hargreaves took over from Deputy Clerk Janice
<br />Caldwell for the remainder of the meeting.

<br />snaking the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are

<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed In order.
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />on the north side of 10th Place, west of Old
<br />Dixie Highway, in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to -wit:
<br />Commencing at a concrete monument being
<br />the Northwest quarter corner of the Southwest
<br />quarter Section 12, Township 33S, Range 39E,
<br />Indian River County, Florida and thence run
<br />South on said Section line a distance of 695 feet
<br />to a point, said point being the intersection of
<br />the North right-of-way of 10th Place and said
<br />Section line.

<br />The Board of County Commissioners will
<br />conduct a public hearing, regarding the appeal
<br />by the applicantof the decision by the Plan-
<br />ning and Zoning commission to recommend
<br />disapproval of the rezoning request. The public
<br />hearing, at which parties in interest and
<br />citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard,
<br />will be held by said Board of County Ad.
<br />ministration Building, located at 1840 25th
<br />Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday,
<br />July 21,1982, at 1:30 P.M.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to insure that a verbatim
<br />irecord of the proceedings is made, which in-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which the
<br />appeal is based.
