<br />NOTICE.IS HEREBY GIVEN thatthe Board
<br />Of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, is reviewing the feasibility of
<br />making the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, are substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />on the south side of State Road 60, east of 71st
<br />Avenue, in Indian River County, Florida, to.
<br />wit:
<br />The West 10 acres of the East 20 acres of
<br />Tract 11, Section 6, Township 33 South, Range
<br />39 East, according to plat filed in the office of
<br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
<br />County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25, said
<br />land now lying and being in Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to
<br />R -IA, Single -Family Residential.
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, in the County Com-
<br />mission Chambers of the County Ad-
<br />ministration Building located at 1840 25th
<br />Street, Vero Beach, Florida; on Wednesday,
<br />July 21, 1982, at 1:30 p.m.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision I
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, -and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to ensure that a verbatim
