Mrs. Richey then discussed the various districts on the <br />map, and pointed out the Congressional and House Districts. <br />She added that two precincts will have to vote on paper <br />ballots, which will involve only nine people. <br />ON MOTION MADE by Commissioner Wodtke, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the Board <br />unanimously accepted and approved the Master <br />Copy of the Indian River County Election <br />Precincts. <br />Airs. As with any Pay Plan <br />Study certain maintenance should be ongoing.in order to reduce <br />inequities and possible shortcomings of the pay system. <br />In July 1980 the Board accepted and approved the implementation <br />of the present Personnel Management System as proposed by Cody <br />and Associates of Lakeland, Florida.
