D5UBJ ECT: REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN <br />Acting County Administrator EXTENSION FOR C EMEN'S <br />VILLAGE (ROCK-CPRIANO) <br />DEP aNHE D CONC CE <br />7a—trick Bruce i.ng <br />FROM: <br />REFERENCES: Letter from Roger Rock <br />Art Challacombe dated July 9, 1982. <br />Planning Division Mgr. <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given <br />formal consideration by the by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />On July 23, 1981, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved <br />the site plan application for a 213 unit apartment complex <br />to be constructed on 17.7 acres. The project site is located <br />at the southeast corner of North Gifford Road and 43rd Avenue. <br />In a letter dated July 9, 1982, the applicant, Mr. Roger R. <br />Rock, requested a one year site plan extension because of the <br />unfavorable economic condition having delayed starting the <br />project. Granting the site plan extension will set July 23, <br />1983, as the expiration date. <br />The site is designated MXD, Mixed Use and is zoned R2 -C, <br />Multiple Family. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The proposed project meets requirements of the Land Use <br />Element and the Zoning Ordinance. Therefore, it is recom- <br />mended that the Board of County Commissioners grant a one (1) <br />year extension of the site plan approval. <br />JUL 21 1992 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />approved a one year extension of the site <br />plan approval for Clemen's Village. <br />9 <br />nox 50 <br />
