to misinterpretation of the Land Use Plan, the Attorney <br />advised. Mr. DeVivo would like to construct one or two <br />houses on his property with some degree of certainty from <br />the County <br />Dewey Walker, Zoning Manager, advised that Mr. DeVivo <br />came in about four months before the Board adopted the Land <br />Use Plan and expressed his desire to place the two buildings <br />on his property. He then submitted the plans in March, 1982 <br />and obtained the zoning and building permits. In the <br />meantime, after receiving this commitment, the septic tank <br />was installed, and Mr. DeVivo's contractor left town and <br />absconded with his money. He then had to hire another <br />contractor. Mr. Walker went into detail about the problems <br />that Mr. DeVivo was having, and recommended that he be <br />allowed to proceed with his construction. <br />Attorney Brandenburg further explained that Mr. <br />DeVivo's building and zoning permits have been revoked. He <br />also recommended that the Board instruct the Zoning <br />Department to issue him the necessary permits. <br />ON MOTION MADE BY Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Planning & Zoning Departments to <br />issue the proper permits to Mr. DeVivo in order <br />to enable him to proceed with his construction. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - COUNTY PARKS ORDINANCE NO. 82-12 <br />The hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M. having passed,, the <br />Deputy Clerk read the following Notice and Proof of <br />Publication attached, to -wit:' <br />JUL 21 1982 63 <br />
