The maximum density possible would be <br />identified in the Land Use category, and through the <br />administrative process, there would be notification and <br />public hearings. The starting point will be to zone <br />existing commercial uses; the second priority would be <br />in -filling processes; and third would be those directly <br />adjacent. <br />Commissioner Wodtke_.brought up the point that if a <br />property owner does not know how his property is zoned, how <br />is the Property Appraiser going to know.
