JUL-27 1982 50 <br />be a need for more than 14 more acres of commercial in the <br />next 20 years. <br />Discussion continued pro and con as to the need for <br />expansion of the node, and it was agreed to hear the request <br />by Stanley Zaleski re the Hospital node before voting on the <br />Motion on the floor. <br />ITEM #7 - STANLEY ZALESKI REQUEST TO CHANGE THE SEBASTIAN <br />HOSPITAL NODE TO HOSPITAL/GENERAL.COMMERCIAL AND THAT IT <br />INCLUDE HIS PROPERTY <br />Stanley Zaleski informed the Board that he has 10 acres <br />adjacent to the Roseland Shopping Center which is located <br />across from the hospital. Mr. Zaleski stated that he has <br />had doctors interested in purchasing his property, and he <br />wants to sell it and get out from under it. The problem is <br />that he has been unable to determine the specific zoning and <br />learn exactly what he can do with his property. In <br />addition, he cannot find what the setbacks or requirements <br />are under a commercial hospital zone, and he would like to <br />know where he stands. <br />Planning Manager Challacombe read the following letter <br />from Attorney George Collins representing Mr. Zaleski: <br />7 <br />
