The County shall not make any public improvements and <br />shall have no responsibility for the maintenance of streets, <br />drainage facilities or other facilities in subdivisions whose <br />dedications have not been accepted by the County under the terms <br />of this ordinance. <br />No changes, erasures, modifications or revisions shall <br />be made on any final plat after approval thereof unless said plat <br />is first resubmitted under this ordinance. <br />Plats shall not contain any reference to any possible <br />reversion of any interest in real property that has been the <br />subject of public or private dedication on a plat. <br />C. Pre -Application Conference. <br />1) Purpose. Before making application for preliminary <br />plat approval, the applicant and his professional staff are re- <br />quired to discuss, informally, his preliminary studies and <br />sketches for a subdivision with the Public works Director, <br />Community Development Director, Utilities Director, and other <br />government agency representatives deemed necessary by the <br />Community Development Director. This step is an opportunity for <br />the applicant to avail himself of the advice and assistance of the <br />governmental agencies in order to facilitate the preparation and <br />review of preliminary and final plats or construction drawings. <br />2) Scheduling. Arrangements for this conference are to <br />be made through the Community Development office at least five (5) <br />working days in advance of the conference date. No application <br />fee is required at this time. <br />3) Information required for the pre -application confer- <br />ence. The applicant will submit at least four (4) copies of the <br />preliminary sketch plan of the proposed subdivision, to the <br />Community Development Division, at least five (5) working days <br />before the scheduled date of the pre -application conference. The <br />applicant shall supply and discuss with the County the following <br />information, if available; <br />(a) name, address and telephone number of the <br />applicant and a list of all the owners of the <br />property <br />(b) location sketch <br />-16- <br />
