MOM <br />(d) full and complete and be certified by the <br />surveyor in charge as meeting the minimum tech- <br />nical standards set forth by the Florida Board <br />of Land Surveyors, pursuant to Florida Statutes <br />§472.07 and Chapter 21HH-6.01 et seq Florida <br />Administrative Code. <br />4) Information Required on Preliminary Plat. The <br />preliminary plat shall contain the following: <br />(a) title block; <br />(b) name of the proposed subdivision; <br />(c) county and state; <br />(d) date of preparation of the preliminary plat and <br />of any revisions; <br />(e) name, address and telephone number of the <br />applicant; <br />(f) name and address of all owners; <br />(g) north point and scale,- <br />(h) <br />cale;(h) location sketch; <br />(i) legal description and total acreage being <br />subdivided; <br />(j) existing zoning and Comprehensive Plan classi- <br />fication of the subject site and adjacent property; <br />(k) name, address, signature, seal and registration <br />number of the professional engineer and surveyor responsible for <br />all or part of the plat; <br />(1) location and dimensions of all known existing <br />and proposed right-of-ways and easements and the purposes for <br />which they were established on <br />(1) the subject site <br />(2) the adjacent property (within 100 feet of <br />the site); <br />(m) a drawing of the subdivision showing proposed: <br />f <br />(1) lot lines (with dimensions) <br />j (2) right-of-ways <br />(3) easements <br />(4) lot and block identification <br />-19- <br />
