(a) streets (traffic impact) <br />(b) utilities <br />(c) schools <br />(d) hospital services <br />(e) recreation <br />(f) prime aquifer recharge areas <br />(g) area wide drainage <br />6) Reviews <br />(a) Development Review Meeting. The Community <br />Development Division will forward one (1) copy of the proposed <br />preliminary plat to each of the County divisions or other inter- <br />ested agencies within three (3) working days, for their review and <br />written comments or approval. Within ten (10) working days after <br />the receipt of the plat, they shall submit to the Community <br />Development Division written staff approvals or the identification <br />of any discrepancies. The Community Development Division shall <br />within five (5) working days transmit a letter to the applicant <br />and his engineer identifying all of the discrepancies pertaining <br />to the preliminary plat. The applicant shall respond, in writing, <br />to each comment following receipt of the discrepancy letter, and <br />submit five (5) copies of a revised preliminary plat if deemed <br />necessary by the Community Development staff with a written <br />request to be placed on the Planning & Zoning Commission's agenda <br />for approval. If the applicant wishes to discuss any of the <br />review comments made by the County staff, a meeting shall be <br />arranged through the Community Development Division, which may <br />include the applicant, Community Development staff and representa- <br />tives from all other reviewing divisions and agencies with whom <br />the applicant wishes to confer about the review comments. After <br />this meeting, the applicant shall submit five (5) copies of a <br />revised plat to the Community Development Division with a request <br />to be placed on the Planning & Zoning Commission's agenda for <br />approval. <br />(b) Planning and Zoning Commission. Upon comple- <br />tion of the County staff review, the preliminary plat plans and <br />application, along with any recommendations will be forwarded to <br />-22- <br />
