The creation of half -streets is <br />prohibited except where a previously platted half -street abuts the <br />subject tract in which case the unplatted one-half street shall be <br />created. <br />(e) Intersections. <br />(1) All streets shall be arranged, if <br />possible, to intersect at right angles. <br />(2) Curved streets shall have an essentially <br />straight tangent, at intersections, of at <br />least one hundred (100) feet. <br />(3) Intersections on arterial or collector <br />routes shall have acceleration, <br />deceleration and turning lanes if found to <br />be necessary by the County Public Works <br />Director. <br />(4) Intersections of more than two streets at <br />one point are prohibited. <br />(5) Street jogs with centerline off -sets of <br />less than two hundred and fifty (250) feet <br />shall not be allowed unless approved by <br />the Public Works Director. <br />(6) Local street intersections along collector <br />streets as identified on the County <br />Thoroughfare Plan shall be no closer <br />-50- <br />
