full width required. <br />2) Utilities shall be: <br />(a) installed underground except for the usual "on <br />ground" appurtenances used as part of the <br />underground systems, provided the "on ground" <br />appurtenances are so located as not to <br />constitute any type of hazard <br />(b) utilities other than water and sewer are exempt <br />from underground installation requirements in <br />rural areas or where such installation is not <br />practical <br />(c) constructed in the easements or right-of-ways <br />provided for the particular utility <br />(d) Work is to be scheduled so that all underground <br />work is completed or provisions made that no <br />finished construction will be disturbed to <br />install underground services. All underground <br />improvements installed for the purpose of <br />future service connections shall be properly <br />capped and backfilled. <br />(e) Utility location shall not conflict with the <br />operation or maintenance of the drainage <br />system. <br />3) Subdivisions without public water or sewer systems. <br />Subdivisions that do not have public water or sewer systems shall <br />have a uniform plan for the location of septic tanks and wells, <br />which shall be established by deed restriction and submitted in <br />accordance with Section 7 F (6). <br />I. Alleys <br />1) Dimensions <br />(a) Width of right-of-way shall be twenty (20) <br />feet. <br />(b) Width of pavement shall be eighteen (18) feet. <br />(c) Crowns may be either raised or inverted as <br />required by the relationship to the drainage <br />plan with a transverse slope of three-eighths <br />-58- <br />
