All construction shall <br />meet the requirements of the manual of the Indian River County <br />Standard Specifications. <br />J. Walls and Fences <br />1) General. All walls or fences contructed along any <br />perimeter boundary abutting any right-of-way shall; <br />(a) be located on private property <br />(b) extend the entire length of the property line <br />unless a landscaped berm is installed pursuant <br />to Section 10 (C) (3) (C) (2). <br />(c) be of one architectural design <br />(d) not exceed the height specified in the Zoning <br />District Regulations <br />(e) be constructed of essentially maintenance free <br />materials <br />(f) be constructed in accordance with County con- <br />struction codes. <br />2) At street intersections walls, fences, plants or <br />sight obstructions of any kind over two (2) feet in height, are <br />prohibited within the sight distance as provided by the Department <br />of Transportation Green Book. <br />K. Waterways. All waterways and waterbodies shall be <br />designed and constructed as specified in the Indian River County <br />Stormwater Management and Flood Control Ordinance unless otherwise <br />approved by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />L. Erosion Control.
