The least fractional part of subdivided lands <br />having limited fixed boundaries that have been clearly designated <br />upon a plat or development plan. <br />39) LOT DEPTH. The mean horizontal distance between the <br />front and rear lines of a lot. <br />40) LOT WIDTH.
