For the purpose of adopting a schedule of Equivalent <br />Residential (ERUs) Units for all Assessable Property, the following <br />classification shall control. The general description of the use of <br />the Property in the following classifications conforms to the general <br />description contained in the "use code" used by the Indian River <br />County Property Appraiser in maintaining and classifying real property <br />on the Indian River County real property assessment roll. <br />Section -2.
