(12) months from the due date and the second to be made <br />twenty-four (24) months from the due date; and <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated <br />usage of the proposed improvement, the Board of County <br />Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvements, to wit: <br />Lots 6-15, Unit 1, as shown on the Plat of Lone Palm <br />Park Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 61, <br />of the public records of St. Lucie County, now lying and <br />being a part of Indian River County, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage <br />improvements to 13th Place, for approximately three hundred <br />twenty-five (325) feet east of 27th Avenue, heretofore designated <br />as Public Works Project No. 8126, is hereby approved subject to <br />the terms outlined above and all applicable requirements of <br />Ordinance 81-27. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Bird who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Lyons and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman A. Grover Fletcher Aye <br />Commissioner Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Commissioner William C.
