50 <br />AUG 41982 <br />Commissioner Lyons affirmed that the Board will be <br />approving that it will provide a courtroom that is usable. <br />Mr. Williams interjected that Judge Smith stated that <br />if vinyl was put down, it would be still subject to test. <br />He noted that, previously, the County had done some things <br />the Judges said they would accept and after they were <br />completed, they were denied. <br />Commissioner Lyons expressed concern at having the <br />doors open while the air conditioning was on at the <br />Courthouse - he wanted to make sure the outside doors were <br />closed. <br />Discussion followed about the problem with the air <br />handlers at the Courthouse. <br />Mr. Williams advised that they were taking steps to <br />correct this problem at the present time. - <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. It <br />was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />The Board next reviewed the following letter from Ralph <br />Hahn and Associates dated July 22, 1982: <br />� � r <br />57 <br />
