B. rdin, Jr., Ph.D. <br />Actin ounty <br />Administrator <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD CONCURRENCE: <br />Patrick Bruce King <br />FROM: Janis John n <br />Staff Planner <br />FILE: <br />IRC -8I -SD -13, <br />#233 <br />SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR <br />GREENLEAF SUBDIVISION - DANA <br />HOWARD, SURVEYOR -OF -RECORD, <br />GEORGE CHILDERS, APPLICANT <br />REFERENCES: <br />It is recommended that the data herein presented be given <br />formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />On August 6, 1981, George Childers submitted an application <br />for approval of a 16.69 acre subdivision located on the <br />south side of Kelly Road, approximately 1,200 feet east <br />of 58th Avenue. The subdivision contains eight (8) lots <br />with one access onto Kelly Road. Subject property is <br />zoned Rl-E, Country Estate District. <br />The Technical Review Committee reviewed the Greenleaf Sub - <br />'division on September 8, 1981. The applicant has complied <br />with the TRC recommendations. <br />On September 16, 1981, the Board of County Commissioners <br />granted approval of the tentative plat. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />As -built drawings have been submitted to the Public Works <br />Department. The Public Works Department has inspected the <br />site and is satisfied that the improvements meet County <br />specifications. The final plat conforms to the preliminary <br />with the exception that the lot numbers have changed. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The subdivision is in compliance with existing plans.and <br />ordinances. The improvements meet County specifications. <br />Staff recommends approval of the final plat. <br />ON MOTION MADE BY Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />granted Final Plat Approval for Greenleaf <br />Subdivision, as requested by George Childers. <br />AUG 4 19 2 62 .3 <br />
