recommendation is to extend a Mixed Use Boundary in the area <br />just described and look at redevelopment in great detail. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to designate the area described as <br />Jennings Addition to Quay Subdivision and the <br />commercial/industrial property immediately to <br />the north and south of it as MXD on the Land <br />Use Map. <br />C. Hendry <br />Planning Manager Challacombe informed the Board that <br />Reverend Hendry of Roseland, who was previously denied a <br />Land Use Designation change, has submitted a letter to the <br />Commission stating that it is his intent to have his <br />property annexed into the City of Sebastian so he can do <br />what he wants to do. We have also received a letter from <br />Mary Jo Andrews supporting the Reverend's concept. <br />Commissioner Lyons felt Reverend Hendry may be creating <br />an enclave, and if that is so, stated that he would move to <br />have the annexation nullified. <br />D.
