ORDINANCE NO. 91-48 <br />7. Nursery and greenhouses* <br />B. Fish farms* <br />9. Aquaculture* <br />10. Similar uses as determined by the Community Development <br />Director. <br />*These uses are allowed if substantial open space or green <br />use. <br />Section 11: Section 911.04(3)(b)l. of the chapter 911, Zoning, is <br />hereby amended to read as: <br />(b) Lot Size Requirements <br />1. Generally. Except as may be qualified by the provisions <br />of the land development regulations, including Chapter <br />904, nonconformities, no structure or part thereof shall <br />hereafter be constructed or relocated onto a lot which <br />does not meet all of the minimum lot size requirements <br />established for the zoning district in which the <br />structure is or is to be located. Furthermore, no <br />structure or land shall hereafter be used, occupied or <br />arranged for use on-al-ot-which- doe s -not -meet all -o -f -the <br />minimum .lot size requirements presented for the district <br />in which such structure or land is located, unless such <br />lot meets the criteria of section 911.04(3)(b)5. below. <br />Properties upon which essential services uses are located <br />are exempt from minimum lot size requirements. <br />Section 12: Section 911.05(3) of Chapter 911, zoning is hereby <br />amended to read as: <br />(3) Conservation District boundaries. General boundaries of Con - <br />1, M Con -2 and Con -3 zoning districts shall be depicted in <br />the official zoning atlas. Specific Conservation District <br />boundaries shall be determined on a site -by -site basis, as <br />follows: <br />(a) EnviranmentallT-sens-i-five estuarine we-tlands_. The Con -2 <br />Conservation District adjacent to the Indian River Lagoon <br />and the St. Sebastian River reflects the extent of <br />environmentally sensitive estuarine wetlands. Specific <br />boundaries of the Con -2 District shall be determined on <br />a site -by -site basis by a site boundary survey. Wetland <br />boundaries shall be determined based on the broadest <br />delineation of jurisdictional wetland regulatory <br />agencies. <br />(b) Con -1 Conservation District boundaries. The Con -1 <br />Conservation District reflects environmentally sensitive <br />and environmentally important lands under public <br />ownership. In cases where the boundary of the Con -1 <br />District is under dispute, the boundary shall be verified <br />based on the extent of public ownership.
