ORDINANCE NO. 91-4-9 <br />(c) St. Sebastian River Con -3 Conservation District <br />boundaries. The boundaries of the St. Sebastian River <br />M Con -3 District shall be depicted in the official <br />zoning atlas. The eastern general boundary of the <br />Roseland Road. The western boundary of the district <br />shall be generally depicted in the official zoning atlas. <br />The specific�'M- boundary of the ® Con -3 District <br />shall be determined on a site -by -site basis by a boundary <br />survey, based on soil types and the existence of <br />.. xeric scrub vegetation <br />as <br />verified by county environmental planning staff, in <br />consultatiotr-with—the—Florida— Game—and —Fresh Water Fish <br />Commission (GFC) and other appropriate agencies. Orsino <br />fine sand or Electra sand, in combination with xeric <br />scrub vegetation, shall be indicative of the Con -3 <br />District.
