ORDINANCE NO. 91-4.'•.8 <br />within_an--enclosed-building-sha LLbe_separated-f <br />adjacent properties having a residential land use <br />designation by a type "D" buffer (with 6' opaque <br />screening) as specified in Chapter 926, <br />Landscaping, <br />5. All buildings and loading areas shall be located <br />minimum of fifty (50) feet from any lot line <br />adjacent to a residentially designated property. <br />6. Driveways located in close proximity to adjacent <br />properties having a residential land use <br />designation shall provide a 6' opaque screening <br />between the driveway and adjacent property. An 8' <br />opaque screen may be required if deemed necessary <br />to mitigate noise and visual impacts. <br />NOTE: Where more than one buffer and/or screening <br />requirement can be adequately provided together in <br />one buffer area, the Board of County Commissioners <br />may approve plans to allow the buffer/screening <br />requirements to "overlap". <br />Section 76: Section 971.45(6) of Specific Land Use Criteria is <br />hereby added to include the following: <br />Recreational Vehicle Sales (Administrative Permit) <br />jai Districts requiring ADMINISTRATIVE PERMIT approval, <br />(pursuant to the provisions of 971.04): <br />CG CH <br />(b) _Additional information requirements: <br />1. A site plan showing the location, dimensions, and <br />area of the recreational vehicle sales office and <br />the recreational vehicle display area(s). <br />2. The maximum number of recreational vehicle units to <br />be displayed on site at any one time shall be noted <br />on the site plan. <br />u Criteria for recreational vehicle (RV) sales: <br />1. All recreational vehicles (RV) displayed shall be <br />located so as to not cause sight distance problems <br />at either street or driveway intersections, as <br />determined by the public works director. <br />2. All designated display areas shall provide for_ <br />minimum of five hundred (500) square feet per RV. <br />3.
