ORDINANCE NO. 91-0 <br />Section_ 77� Section -971.14 8_hof Specific_Land_Use_Cri-teria_is <br />hereby established to read as follows: <br />Libraries (Administrative Permit and Special Exception). <br />a. Districts requiring ADMINISTRATIVE PERMIT approval, <br />(pursuant to the provisions of 971.04): <br />OCR CN <br />b. Districts requiring SPECIAL EXCEPTION approval, (pursuant <br />to the provisions of 971.05): <br />RM -3 RM -4 RM -6 RM -8 RM -10 <br />RS -6 RT -6 <br />C. Additional information requirements: A site plan which <br />denotes the _location of all existing structures, parking <br />facilities, and the proposed circulation plan, pursuant <br />to the requirements of Chapter 914. <br />d. Criteria for Libraries: <br />1. No building shall be located closer than fifty (50) <br />feet to any lot line which abuts a residentially <br />designated property. <br />2. <br />No off-street parking or loading space shall be <br />located closer than ten (10) feet to any property <br />line abutting a residentially designated property. <br />3. The facilities shall have a Type "D" buffer along <br />any property line(s) abutting a residentially <br />designated property. <br />Section 78: Section 971.28(8) of Specific Land Use Criteria is <br />hereby established to read as follows: <br />C Cemeteries (Special Exception). <br />a. Districts requiring SPECIAL EXCEPTION approval, (pursuant <br />to the provisions of 971.05): <br />A-1 A-2 A-3 <br />b. Criteria for Cemeteries: <br />1. No areas used for burial shall be located closer <br />than one hundred (100) feet to any property line <br />abutting a residential use or a residentially <br />designated property, or closer than fifty (50) feet <br />to any Drooerty not designated or used <br />residentiall <br />2.
