;_ 7T7 SEC. 2 # �-7 <br />6 .s <br />one (1) ownership are used, the exterior property lines shall be used <br />in determining setbacks. <br />SHOPPING CENTER: A group of retail stores, planned and developed <br />for,the site upon which they are built. <br />SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS: A special exception is a use that would not <br />be appropriate generally or without restriction throughout a particul- <br />ar zoning district but would, if controlled as to number, area, location <br />or relation to the neighborhood, be appropriate. <br />STABLE, PRIVATE: A stable with a capacity of not more than one <br />horse for each acre of lot area, whereon such stable is located, and <br />where such horses are owned by the owners or occupants of the premises <br />and are not kept for remuneration, hire or sale. <br />STABLE, COMMERCIAL: A stable other than a private stable. <br />STORY: That portion of a building included between the surface of <br />any floor and the surface of the next floor above it, or if there be no <br />floor above it, thence the space between such floor and ceiling next a- <br />bove it. <br />STREET: A public, or private, thoroughfare which affords the prin- <br />cipal.means of access to abutting property. <br />STRUCTURE: Anything constructed or erected, the use of which re- <br />quires, more or less, permanent location on the ground or attached to <br />something having a permanent location on the ground and shall include <br />tents, lunch wagons, dining cars, camp cars, or other structures on <br />wheels or other supports and used for business, industrial or living <br />purposes. <br />STRUCTURE ALTERATIONS: Any substantial change, except for repair <br />or replacement, in the supporting members of a building, such as bear- <br />ing walls, columns, beams or girders, floor joists or roof joists. <br />SUBDIVISION: The division and recording in accordance with law <br />of a parcel of land into two or more lots or blocks for the purpose of <br />transfer of ownership or development for sale. <br />TENANT DWELLING: A residential structure located on a bona-fide <br />farm occupied by a transient farm worker employed on the farm. <br />TRANSIENT MOBILE HOME PARK: A facility which provides short term <br />parking areas for travel trailers, travel campers and mobile homes, a- <br />long with the provision of utilities, recreation, and related services. <br />TRANSIENT TRAILER, TRAVEL CAMPER: A vehicle, self-powered or not, <br />designed and/or used for temporary lodging by the user when touring, <br />camping, etc. <br />-7- <br />
