The Chairman opened the public hearing on the Municipal <br />Service'Taxing Unit and asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously closed <br />the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, Commissioner Fletcher voted <br />in opposition, the Board by a 4 to 1 vote approved <br />a tentative millage of 1.085964 for the Municipal <br />Service Taxing Unit for the fiscal year 1982-83. <br />Attorney Brandenburg commented that none of the millage <br />rates are above the rollback rate. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, Commissioner Fletcher voted <br />in opposition, the Board by a 4 to 1 vote approved <br />a tentative budget of $6,803,298 for the Municipal <br />Service Taxing Unit for the fiscal year 1982-83. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing on the <br />Transportation Fund and asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard.
