ORDINANCE NO. 92- 05 <br />All of Tract 13, less the North 5 acres of the West 20 <br />acres of said Tract, all in Section 11, Township 33S, <br />Range 36E, according to the last general plat of lands of <br />Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, <br />said land now lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida; less road right-of-way. Said parcel containing <br />Be changed from A-1, Agricultural -1 District, to RS -3, Single - <br />Family Residential District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in <br />said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County; Florida, on this 10 day of March , 1992. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Veto Beach-Press=Journal <br />on the 19 day of February , 1992 for a public hearing to be <br />held on the 10 day of March 1992 at which time it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner Bird , seconded by <br />Commissioner Scurlock and adopted by the following <br />vote: <br />Chairman Carolyn K.
