DRAWER E <br />WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA 33402 <br />(305) 6SS-3000 <br />August 25, 1,982 <br />By Hand <br />Please be advised that on behalf of my.client, Orchid Island <br />Development Company, the revocation of the dedications of <br />parks in Units 1 and 2, Orchid..Island Pubdivision. is hereby <br />withdrawn. <br />My previous letter revoking those dedications was prompted, <br />in part, by the fact that the small triangular-shaped park <br />in Unit 1 has certain improvements located on it e.g., drive- <br />way, well,.pumphouse, etc; which serve the Dales residence <br />located adjacent thereto. -Assuming the dedications are <br />accepted by the County, ­we would appreciate -the consideration <br />of an abandonment of the Unit 1 park at the next available <br />County Commission meeting.
