SEP 15 1982 5. <br />Commissioner Bird commented that he felt the change in <br />stop signs at the intersection of Walker and 43rdi'Avenue is <br />very confusing. <br />RESIGNATION OF FRED PLAIR FROM TRANSPORTATION PLANNING <br />COMMITTEE & REPLACEMENT OF GARY LINDSEY <br />Commissioner Fletcher expressed regret at the <br />resignation of Fred Plair from the Transporation Planning <br />Committee and stated that he has been a real asset to that <br />committee. Mr. Plair's`letter of resignation is hereby made <br />a part of the Minutes as follows: <br />Fred PLair <br />3960 46ty, Place <br />Vero Beach, Fal. <br />September 2, 1982 <br />Dear County- Commissioners <br />I sincerely -regret that I must resign my .position.on the <br />Indian River County Transportation Planning Committee. <br />A' change and unexpected duties in my- employment, makes it <br />i'mpass-ible for me to -continue representation irr the best in- <br />terest of the board and its activities.
