SEP 15 1982 Doc 51 5 <br />the South County water plant as the grant funds may not be <br />j* <br />available for a few weeks later than anticipated. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously ap- <br />proved the addition of the second emergency <br />item requested by Attorney Brandenburg as Item <br />11-D. <br />Administrator Wright wished to add an item regarding <br />adoption of the current Southern Standard Building Codes as <br />requested by Building Director Rymer. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously <br />approved the addition of the emergency item <br />requested by the Administrator as Item 12-R. <br />Administrator Wright informed the Board that he would <br />like to hold Item 9-A re Procedures for Hospital Care for <br />Resident Indigents over until the next meeting. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously agreed <br />to delete Item 9-A from today's agenda. <br />Public Works Director James Davis wished to add an <br />emergency item in regard to a Change Order for the Indian <br />River County Jail. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board -unanimously <br />2 <br />
