CONSENT AGENDA <br />saom . 51 F-Aat 963 <br />A- Authorization to Advertise hearing re Preliminary Assess- <br />ment Rolls for paving portion of 14th and 16th Avenues <br />The Board considered the following memo from the Public <br />Works Director: <br />TO: The Honorable Members of the DATE: August 26, 1982 FILE: <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />THRJ; Michael Wright, <br />County Administrator <br />FROM: James W. Davis, <br />Public Works Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND. CONDITIONS <br />SUBJECT: Request to Advertise for a Public Hearing <br />to Consider Resolutions and Preliminary <br />Assessment Rolls for the Paving of <br />1) 14th Avenue between 4th Street and <br />2nd Street. <br />2) 16th Avenue between 4th'Street and <br />REFERENC&.' Street. <br />Valid petitions have been received for the paving.and drainage.improvements <br />to the above subject streets. The areas have been surveyed and the design of <br />paving and drainage improvements has begun. <br />RECONINMATIONS AND FUNDING <br />It is requested that authorization be given to schedule public hearings <br />for October 20, 1982 to consider the resolutions and preliminary assessment <br />rolls for the paving of 1) 14th Avenue between 4th Street and 2nd Street and <br />2) 16th Avenue between 4th Street and 2nd Street and to properly advertise in <br />the local newspaper. <br />There are no funding considerations to be addressed at this time. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously approved <br />the request for advertising hearings as set out <br />in the above memo of the Public Works Director. <br />B- Preliminary Plat Approval, Dale's Landing <br />The Board reviewed the following memo from the <br />Planning staff: <br />6 <br />
