<br />County, Florida, Is reviewing the feasibility of
<br />making the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance oflndipp River County,
<br />Florida, which .changes and additips are
<br />substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed In order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />on 'the southwest Intersection of SR 60 and
<br />-Interstate 95, Indian River County, Florida, to -
<br />wit:
<br />. Parcel "A" —.Parcel 1: All of Tract 10, less
<br />and except the west 10 acres, and less and
<br />except the east 20 acres thereof, lying west of I-

<br />The Board of County Commissioners will
<br />conduct a public hearing, regarding the appeal
<br />by the applicant of the decision by the Plan-
<br />ning and Zoning Commission to recommend
<br />disapproval of the rezoning request. The public
<br />hearing, at which parties in interest and
<br />citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard,
<br />will -be held by said Board of County Com-
<br />missioners in the County Commission
<br />Chambers of the - County Administration
<br />Building, located at 1840 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, September 15,
<br />1982, at 1:30 p.m.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he .will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to insure that a verbatim
<br />record of the proceedings is made, which in-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which the
<br />appeal is based.
