SE <br />P 2 21982a .51o� 7 <br />Budgets for All Non -taxing Funds <br />The Chairman opened the hearing on all non -taxing <br />funds, and Finance Director Barton explained that these <br />fourteen funds are not assessing any millage, but they have <br />operating dollars and it is necessary to adopt a budget for <br />each of them. <br />Finance Director Barton announced the proposed budgets <br />for each of the non -taxing funds as follows: <br />Secondary Roads Trust Fund <br />Federal Revenue Sharing Fund <br />Police Academy Fund <br />Housing Authority Fund <br />Rental Assistance Fund <br />Special Law Enforcement Fund <br />South Indian River County Water <br />Taxing District <br />1959 Hospital Bonds Fund <br />1980-81 Bonds Fund <br />Sanitary Landfill Fund <br />County Water and Sewer Fund <br />Impact/Franchise Fee Fund <br />Fleet Management Fund <br />South County Water Construction <br />$1,291,410 <br />351,144 <br />31,458 <br />70,000 <br />491,287 <br />13,191 <br />2,894 <br />106,657 <br />1,484,887 <br />941,708 <br />1,758,625 <br />328,620 <br />909,000 <br />898,930 - <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />closed the public hearing. <br />Attorney Brandenburg read Resolution 82-98 aloud. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, Commissioner Fletcher <br />voting in opposition, the Board by a 4 to 1 <br />vote, approved Resolution 82-98 adopting budgets <br />for the non -taxing funds as listed above for <br />fiscal year 1982-83. <br />46 <br />
