RESOLUTION NO. 82- 98 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A FINAL <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982-83 FOR ALL NON -TAXING <br />FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has held the necessary budget hearings as provided by <br />Florida law, has considered all expenditures set forth in the <br />budgets, and now determines that adoption of the budgets is in the <br />best interest of the citizens of Indian River County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of <br />County Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets set forth in the <br />attachment to this resolution for the following funds; <br />Secondary Roads Trust Fund <br />Federal Revenue Sharing Fund <br />Police Academy Fund <br />Housing Authority. Fund <br />Rental Assistance Fund <br />Special Law Enforcement Fund <br />South Indian River County Water Taxing District <br />1959 Hospital Bonds Fund <br />1980-81 Bonds Fund <br />Sanitary Landfill Fund <br />County Water and Sewer Fund <br />Impact/Franchise Fee Fund <br />Fleet Management Fund <br />South County Water Construction <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />.Bird who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Lyons and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman A.
