Discussion continued regarding the various questions <br />brought up, and Mr. Arden assured the Board that he would do <br />some checking and answer all their questions and also that <br />copies of all the insurance policies will be provided to <br />Attorney Brandenburg for his review. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to continue on with our present insurance <br />carrier with increased coverage, i.e., reduction of <br />deductible on.the Errors_& Omission coverage and <br />addition of the excess.liability umbrella. <br />RESOLUTION 82-99 AWARDING 5.8 MILLION WATER REVENUE BONDS <br />- Attorney Brandenburg informed the Board that it is <br />necessary that they adopt a Resolution awarding the above <br />bonds to Farmers Home Administration in order to be able to <br />close on the bonds on September 30th. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, to adopt <br />Resolution 82-99 awarding $5,825,900 Water <br />Revenue Bonds to Farmers Home Administra- <br />tion as recommended by the Attorney. <br />Commissioner Wodtke wished to know if this would have <br />any affect on the hearing on water and sewer rates, and <br />Attorney Brandenburg assured him that the Resolution does <br />not set a rate; it is simply needed to close on the bonds. <br />,J <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
