SECTION 201.15 <br />CONNECTING EXISTING PLUMBING <br />Whenever it is desirable or required to connect existing plumbing with <br />the County sewer main and/or water line, the owner or plumber contemplating doing <br />such work shall notify the Department, which will inspect the connection and notify <br />the owner or plumber what alterations will be necessary to place the connection in an <br />acceptable condition. Alterations shall be made within 2 months of notification. Any <br />owner or plumber who shall make any connection without the approval of the <br />Department shall be subject to the penalties hereinafter provided. <br />SECTION 201.1 f <br />MAINTENANCE OF PLUMBING SYSTEM <br />The owner of the property shall be responsible for maintaining the <br />water and sewer pipes leading to and connecting from the plumbing system to the <br />County distribution lines and main sewers. This includes providing adequate access to <br />the meter box. <br />SECTION 201.17 <br />PAYMENT OF FEES AND BILLS REQUIRED <br />Bills for monthly charges and fees should be submitted and shall be <br />payable on the 20th day from the date of the bill. If any monthly bill remains unpaid <br />on the 21st day of the month for such service, a penalty shall be imposed and added <br />to the bill. If the monthly bill remains unpaid on the 30th calendar day after the bill, <br />the water service to the customer shall be subject to discontinuance until all past -due <br />water and sewer bills are fully paid, together with a reconnection fee. <br />SECTION 201 -1 R <br />COLLECTION OF SEWER FEES <br />Where sewage disposal fees are not paid in accordance with the <br />provisions outlined above, the County shall have a right to cut off the water supply or <br />disconnect sewer services and the owner shall have no right to reconnect the water <br />supply or sewer system until the sewage disposal fees have been paid in full.
