such sewage disposal fees are paid in full, shall be considered a violation of this <br />ordinance, and subject to the penalties hereinafter provided. <br />SECTION 201.19 <br />FAILURE TO MAINTAIN PLUMBING SYSTEM <br />Failure to keep the pipe leading from the plumbing system to the sewer <br />main and the pipe leading from the water meter to the plumbing system clean and <br />maintained in a proper manner will give the County the right to cut off the water <br />connection, which shall not be reconnected until the sewer and/or water pipe is <br />cleaned, repaired, and maintained properly. Any violation of this provision by <br />reconnecting the connection from the County water line, until such sewer pipes are <br />cleaned, repaired, and maintained properly, shall be considered a violation of this <br />ordinance and subject to the penalties hereinafter provided. <br />SECTION 201.20 <br />NO FREE SERVICE <br />No water or sewer service shall be furnished or rendered free of charge <br />to any person. <br />SECTION 201.21 <br />SEPARATE CONNECTIONS FOR EACH SEPARATE UNIT <br />Each building, whether occupying one or more lots and whether it shall <br />occupy any lot or parcel jointly with any other residential building, shall be billed <br />separately for the payment for the water fees and the sewer fees, and separate <br />connections and meters will be required for each building, unless the Department <br />determines it is in the County's best interest to approve the use of a master meter. <br />i• *4111611MlMA <br />WATER/SEWER FEES CHARGEABLE TO PROPERTY OWNERS- <br />- COUNTY MAY BILL TENANT <br />and sewer services are chargeable to the property owner, who <br />shall be the customer.
